Using the Shortcut Buttons

To use a shortcut button,

1. Set your default working mode to be Shortcut by pressing the User Tools

button and choose Management>Device Management>Default

Mode>Shortcut in succession. Press OK to save the change.

Or you may set the default working mode via the product’s web page and

choose Management>Default Mode>Shortcut. Press Update to save the

change.

Note: Either way will be blocked by a password since this action is only

permitted by a system administrator.

2. Press the Reset button on the control panel. The LCD-display shows the

following Shortcut screen.

3. Choose your desired Shortcut button. The LCD-display will show the memo of

your selected Shortcut button to verify your shortcut.

4. Press the B&W or Color button on the control panel to copy or send your

documents in black and white or in color.
